Meet the Founders
We are a husband-and-wife management team based in Lexington, KY, originally hailing from O’ahu, HI (Jenna) and Whangarei, New Zealand (Brad). We have two daughters and have proudly served as foster parents to several children over the past few years.
Both of us hold Master of Public Health (MPH) degrees and bring a wealth of health sector expertise to our clients. When we are not working or attending our kids’ activities, we love to travel, hike, volunteer, and explore our beautiful region.
Jenna Clarke, MPH
Founder & CEO
Jenna brings personal experience to the agency as a two-time surrogate. She has provided surrogacy consulting for the past 7 years and works with families welcoming babies via surrogacy as a Newborn Care Specialist and Birth + Postpartum Doula.
Brad Clarke, MPH
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Brad brings extensive operational and health service management experience to the team. His background in public health and governance helps ensure the agency runs smoothly, ethically, and efficiently while providing a high standard of care for our clients.

We keep our overhead expenses low to maintain a reasonable agency fee ($30,000), keeping surrogacy as accessible as possible. At the same time, we fiercely advocate for generous benefits packages (starting at $55k+) for our surrogate mothers.
