Education: When you fill out a form requesting more information regarding services we provide, we request some basic contact information about you and your partner such as name, phone number, and email address so that we can follow up on your request.
Screening: When you request a consultation so that you can find out more about our services, and we can evaluate your eligibility for our services, we request additional information from you through our online form, including not only contact information, but also additional information regarding your health, employment, insurance, and other information that is needed for us to assess your qualifications and experience.
Supporting: When we agree to work together, we will request additional information from you as is necessary to facilitate the health, legal, insurance and other services as we support you in your journey as a prospective parent, or surrogate.
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our website anonymously to peruse any of the information that we make publicly available.

When you participate in our screening and evaluation process, we use the additional information you provide to verify your identity and to evaluate your eligibility for our service.
When we agree that you will use our services to support you in your journey, we use the additional information that you provide us, as well as the agreements that you sign with us to allow us to perform or facilitate the health, legal, insurance and other services for you the service.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data with your permission, and only with third parties essential to your surrogacy journey:
Medical Professionals: IVF clinics, OB/GYNs, and laboratories.
Legal & Financial Partners: Specialized surrogacy attorneys and third-party escrow management companies.
Service Providers: Background check agencies and psychological evaluators.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of the parties involved.
HIPAA
While many surrogacy agencies are not "Covered Entities" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the same way a hospital or medical provider is, The Surrogacy Co. voluntarily adheres to the spirit of HIPAA privacy standards to ensure your health information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
SMS TERMS AND PRIVACY
Please read this policy carefully to understand out policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you may choose not to use our website or service.
Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS messages from The Surrogacy Co. LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
SMS Privacy Policy
The Surrogacy Co. LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
